European cooperation with practical value
Established in 2018, APPJuventude brings knowledge of Portugal’s youth sector, connections with practitioners and local decision-makers, training expertise and experience in participatory processes. We contribute to applied research, learning resources, national dissemination and cooperation between territories.

RUP Youth Labs
An Erasmus+ KA220-YOU project coordinated by APPJuventude to strengthen inclusive, sustained youth participation in outermost regions and remote territories. The common approach links listening, co-creation, decisions, feedback and follow-up.

A European cooperation project mapping training and recognition models for youth workers and developing the TOP Youth Workers training model.

Coordinated by the Porto Metropolitan Area, with APPJuventude as a strategic partner. The project supports youth policy in 17 municipalities through data, youth consultation and intermunicipal cooperation.

Youth Participation and Rural Innovation: a project led by the Porto Metropolitan Area with APPJuventude, Helix – Social Innovation Hub / Karditsa and the Municipality of Râmnicu Sărat. It addresses priorities raised by young people, including employment, housing, mobility and participation.
